Staff of BRLPS mainly comes from three sources.

 

• On Deputation Basis
• On Contractual Basis
• On Outsourced Basis

 

Staff on deputation from various department of Bihar Govt. are getting their salary as per the
salary structure prescribed by the Bihar Govt.

 

Staff on contractual basis are getting salary as per the salary structure approved by the
Executive Committee of BRLPS.

 

Services of drivers, office boys, security guards and computer operators have been
outsourced. Selection of service provider agency is done on tender basis.
